Adhesive Outsourcing Steel Reinforcement Method

Reinforced concrete beams strengthened by outsourcing steel generally adopt the wet outsourcing method, that is, adopt epoxy resin grouting and other methods to bond the section steel and the reinforced member into a whole. Therefore, the bearing capacity of the positive section and the stiffness of the section are also greatly improved.

Paste Fiber Reinforced Plastic Reinforcement Method

In addition to the similar advantages of the bonded outsourcing steel reinforcement method, the fiber-reinforced plastic reinforcement method also has the advantages of corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, almost no increase in structural weight, durability, and low maintenance costs. However, special fire protection treatment is required, and it is suitable for concrete structural members and general structures of various mechanical properties. After the reinforcement project is completed, gently tap the pasted steel plate with a small hammer to judge the bonding effect from the sound or detect the pasting density with the ultrasonic method.
