The installation steps of the single-story steel structure factory building are as follows:
First, the preparatory work before installation
1. Check technical information such as incoming materials, quality certificates, design changes, and drawings.
2. Check the design drawings, and do joint review and self-examination.
3. Grasp the external conditions before and after installation, such as weather, wind, sunshine, etc.
4. The pouring mortar adopts non-shrinking micro-expansion mortar, which needs to be one grade higher than the foundation concrete.
5. Do a good job of preparation before lifting, such as backing plate setting, etc.
6. Basic inspection.
Second, the installation of steel columns in steel structure workshops
1. Set the elevation observation point and the centerline mark. The setting of the elevation observation point should be based on the support surface of the corbel and easy to observe. The non-corbel column shall be based on the center of the last installation hole where one end of the column is connected with the truss.
2. When installing multi-section columns, the columns should be assembled in the overall hoisting first. Adjust after hoisting, and the error should meet the corresponding regulations.
3. After the roof trusses and crane beams are installed, make overall adjustments, and then perform fixed connections.
4. Temporary fixing measures should be added after the relatively long columns are hoisted. The support between columns is installed after the columns are aligned.
Third, the installation of crane beams in steel structure workshop
1. The installation of the crane beam should be carried out after the inter-column support device is corrected at the beginning of the column. The installation sequence starts from the crotch with inter-column support, and the crane beam after hoisting should be temporarily fixed.
2. The correction of the crane beam should be carried out after the roof system is constructed and installed, and the deviation can also meet the regulations. Elevation correction can be carried out by adjusting the thickness of the backing plate under the column bottom plate.
3. The installation of the crane beam and auxiliary truss should be hoisted as a whole after assembly, and the lateral bending, distortion and straightness must meet the regulations.
