Material and thickness of PUF/PIR polyurethane color steel rock wool sandwich panel

1. Plate material: The base material is hot-dip galvanized steel plate, the amount of double-sided galvanized steel is ≥200g/㎡ (the aluminum content is not less than 50%), and the yield strength is ≥345MPa. Plates that meet the requirements of the standard are required to have a recognized wind pressure test report, and the connectors should consider the pressure generated by the load and the effect of wind suction.

2. Wall panel outer panel: thickness ≥ 0.7, front coating thickness ≥ 5μm epoxy resin primer, outer coating thickness ≥ 20μm PVDF fluorocarbon topcoat, and the surface must be coated with a cleansing coating system to resist dust adhesion. The back is coated with an epoxy resin primer with a thickness of ≥5 μm, and a polyester resin topcoat with a thickness of ≥10 μm.

3. Wall panel inner panel: thickness ≥ 0.5, the front is coated with epoxy resin primer with a thickness of ≥ 5 μm, and the outer coating with a thickness of ≥ 15 μm is a corrosion-resistant polyester resin topcoat. The back is coated with epoxy resin primer with a thickness of ≥5 μm, and the polyester resin topcoat with a thickness of ≥5 μm.

4. Sandwich panel type: four-sided rock wool sandwich metal composite panel, the core material is not exposed. The core material is a rock wool panel with a fire rating of A, with a thickness ≥ 50, a density ≥ 120kg/m³, and a fire resistance rating of not less than 0.5 hours. The color of the sandwich steel plate shall be determined by Party A.
