The material selection and anti-corrosion requirements of the main steel structure and secondary steel structure system of the prefab steel warehouse are as follows.
The main steel structure system of the prefab steel warehouse, such as steel structure components such as portal frame columns, beams, joists, etc., needs to be derusted and anti-corrosion measures. Through professional surface derusting treatment, spray 2 coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer within six hours after derusting. Use large hexagonal high-strength bolts to bolt each component. Secondary steel structure systems such as supports and purlins are made of galvanized strip steel. When installing the window frame, it is necessary to ensure that the aluminum alloy window is vertical and parallel to ensure waterproof performance. The surface of tie rods, connecting rods, etc. must be galvanized and anti-rust, and anchor bolts must be made of steel that meets the requirements.
The assembly, combination, and drilling of all components of the steel structure warehouse must be completed in the steel structure processing workshop, and all inspections before leaving the factory should be qualified, and must be signed and confirmed by the supervisor on site. After passing the inspection of each component, no secondary processing shall be carried out after leaving the factory to ensure that there is no wet and fire-free operation on the construction site. Except as specified in the design requirements, the remaining steel or steel structural components entering the site shall not be connected by welding.
