We have designed a prefabricated steel structure warehouse of 140m x 42m according to the customer’s requirements, with height of 8 meters. The structural size design is reasonable, and the internal storage space is sufficient, sturdy, and durable. The wall adopts horizontal composite panels, which are beautiful and practical.

Main structure:

- Column support: The main function of inter column support is to improve the lateral stiffness of the prefabricated steel warehouse. Simply put, it is used together with horizontal support to enhance the overall longitudinal stiffness and stability of the warehouse building.
- Pipe support rod: The main function of pipe support is to improve the overall stiffness of the structure, allowing the structure to play a spatial role, ensuring the geometric stability of the structure and the lateral stability of the compressed components. It is usually made of round tubes.
- Purlins: Their function is to transfer roof and wall loads to beams and columns through purlins, which are usually made of C-shaped and Z-shaped steel.
- Vertical rod: reduces the lateral deformation and torsion of the purlin, and improves the load-bearing capacity of the purlin. Vertical rods are generally made of round steel.
- Roof and wall panels: mainly used for protection, usually made of corrugated metal sheets or sandwich panels.
