First, the waterproof working conditions of the roof of the steel factory shed
1. The roof of the steel factory shed is free from dust and looseness, and the loose parts can only be constructed after treatment.
2. There must be no water accumulation on the steel roof. If there is any water accumulation, it must be reinforced, and the waterproof layer can only be constructed after passing the test.
3. When the gap of the color steel tile exceeds 3mm, it needs to be reinforced, and the construction can only be carried out after treatment.
4. Additional layers must be made for yin and yang corners, pile facade and plane yin corners, and facade inner and outer corners.
5. During construction in the morning, construction should be stopped when there is dew on the color steel sandwich panel of the steel factory buildings.
6. During the construction in severe winter, the color steel tiles of the steel factory shed should be brushed with the base treatment agent.
Second, the operating process
1. Clean the base surface: Use a towel to wipe off the dust on the old color steel tile surface. If there is rust, remove the rust to make it smooth and clean.
2. Make an additional layer: An additional layer should be made at the yin and yang corners, vents, gutters, etc. The additional layer is 15cm-30cm wide and extended along the central axis of the yin and yang corners.
3. Large area construction:
Play the reference line first, so that the rolled material is neat and beautiful.
Flatten the coiled material, align the coiled material with the part to be constructed, and roll the coiled material from both sides.
Cut the release paper from it, and squeeze the coil while peeling off the release paper to make the coil as flat as possible.
4. Requirements:
a. When laying coiled materials, start laying from the direction of running water downhill during construction. The vertical wall is paved from the height to the bottom.
b. Exclude the air, and roll the coil to squeeze out the air in the coil to make the coil firmly bonded.
c. When the temperature is low, the base layer and coil must be coated with the base layer treatment agent at the same time.
d. The long side of the overlapping coil is 3cm-8cm, and the short side is 10cm.
e. The short side lap joints of the exposed coils, coil ends and heterosexual parts, etc., shall be sealed with sealing paste. In principle, the end of the vertical wall of the coil is fixed in the reserved groove with a metal bead, and then sealed with a sealing paste.
Third, the paving method
The full paving method is used to spread the special waterproof membrane of color steel tiles on the color steel roof panels. It should be laid horizontally. The advantage is that it can fully achieve waterproof and anti-corrosion effects on the roof of the steel factory buildings, especially on the nail holes of the roof. Because most of the nail holes start to seep after three years. Solve the problem once and for all, no more worries.
Only do the seam, it is best to do it twice, the bottom one is 33cm wide, the top one is 50cm wide, and the edge of the eaves should be wrapped twice.
Fourth, construction precautions
1. The roof of the steel factory shed is required to be free from dust, just clean. The steel roof can be scrubbed with a towel, if the brush treatment agent is not easy to be too thick.
2. The thickness of the color steel tile is preferably 1.5mm or 2mm.
3. When constructing materials without carcass, it is best not to construct in foggy days or when heavy rain stops, as moisture will produce air bubbles.
4. The overlap between the long side and the short side of the coil is not less than 10cm.
5. The overlap between the coil and the coil, and between the coil and the reinforcement layer must be firm, and there must be no warping. For projects with conditions, a water shielding test should be done.
6. Do not uncover the waterproof layer that has just been constructed, because the longer the bonding time of this material, the stronger the bond will be. If it is uncovered more than two times, the bonding will not be firm, and the base treatment agent of our factory must be applied to completely bond.
7. When the roof temperature of the steel factory building is too high, a large amount of materials cannot be stored on the roof. It is best to use one roll and place one roll on the roof, so as not to cause the isolation film of the coiled material to be difficult to remove.
