The frame structure is welcomed by people for its high-efficiency mechanical performance, novel and beautiful form, and fast and convenient construction. There is no small matter in the project. 1. When installing the frame structure, the setting of temporary fulcrums should be taken seriously. The fulcrum and the elevation of the fulcrum can be arranged before installation. The temporary fulcrum should not only make the steel frame bear the same force and the rods bear the same force, but also pay attention to the stability of the foundation (scaffold) of the temporary fulcrum, and must pay attention to prevent the fulcrum from sinking.
2. The support of the temporary fulcrum can use a jack, so that it can be gradually adjusted during the installation process. Note that the adjustment of the temporary fulcrum should not be the adjustment of a certain point, but also consider the uniform stress of the surrounding steel frames. Sometimes this local adjustment will cause deformation and bending of individual rods.
3. When dismantling the temporary fulcrum, it should be noted that several groups of fulcrums should be lowered synchronously. During the process of lowering, the range of the lowering should not be too large. It should be gradually and gradually divided into stages and proportionally lowered, or with equal steps of no more than 100mm per step. The support point cannot be removed.
4. After the frame structure is installed, attention should be paid to the force of the support. Some supports are allowed to be welded dead, some support should be free ends, and some support needs to be limited, etc., so the construction of the steel frame structure support It should be carried out in strict accordance with the design requirements.
